Garden Tasks
Key Tasks for March in the Garden
In a cold grey waterlogged Britain spring has officially arrived. Progress outside has been delayed with snowdrops, native primroses and some crocus just beginning to bloom, along with catkins in the hedgerows. We badly need a few weeks of sunny dry weather before any attempt at outdoor seed sowing can be made. But there's always plenty to do in the way of preparation and other garden tasks so take advantage of the lengthening days. But, don't forget to pop in and see us at Ruxley for that extra special Mother's Day gift for 14 March.
