What are your opening times?

We are open 9am-5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-4.30pm on Sundays. We are also open late night on Thursdays throughout the Spring and Christmas periods. Click here for more.

Do you have car parking?

Yes, we have over 500 FREE car parking spaces on site.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we sell National Garden Gift Vouchers in a range of denominations. Click here for full details.

Can I be added to your mailing list?

Yes, of course, you'll receive a quarterly email Newsletter from us along with occasional emails detailing special events and/or promotions. Click here to sign up.

What disabled facilities are there?

We have designated disabled car parking spaces, a motorised electric scooter and wheelchair available to hire for free. We also have disabled toilet facilities.

How do I get to Ruxley?

Ruxley is close to all major transport links and is easily accessible via public transport. Click here to download a map and exact directions.

Are pets allowed into the garden centre?

Sorry, only guide dogs or hearing dogs are allowed into the garden centre.

Is there a Coffee Shop at Ruxley?

Yes. Cyril's Coffee Shop is located inbetween our Garden Sundries department and Outdoor Plants. Click here for full details.

Where are the baby changing facilities in your store?

They are are located in the customer toilets adjacent to Cyril's Coffee Shop. There are also public toilets in the top car parking area.

Who do I contact if I have a complaint or query?
