Breakfast Trifle

  • 400g Granola
  • 12 Strawberries, washed & quartered 
  • Half a pineapple, chopped
  • 500g Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 jar Strawberry extra jam
  • 2 tbsp pure acacia honey with cut comb

Method

  1. In eight cup size glasses (old small jam jars are perfect) layer the granola, fruit, yoghurt, then one tbsp of Strawberry Extra Jam and repeat until the jar is full and top with a dollop of yoghurt.

  2. Dress with fruit, a drizzle of Pure Acacia Honey with Cut Comb and fresh mint to taste. Simple.
