How to shop online

We have tried to make shopping online with Ruxley Manor as easy and user-friendly as possible. If you have any feedback about our online shop, please contact us by sending an email to webshop@ruxley-manor.co.uk.

Finding products

We have a very wide range of products on our site so we have implemented various ways to find the products you are looking for in order to make your shopping experience as easy as possible.

Our departments

Firstly, if you know the department you want, you can click on it in the main menu just below the header above. All of the categories and suppliers will then be shown in the left hand menu. Click on any of these to see the range of products and prices. These are shown 12 to a page so be sure to look at the other pages if the product you want is not shown on the first page. You can also sort these products by price.

A-Z index

To see the product categories for the whole shop in alphabetical order, simply click on the A-Z Product Index link in the header.

Searching for products

Alternatively you can use the search box in the header to find products. Simply type in what you are looking for and hit Search. If there are no results, try simplifying your search text.

The search results appear as a list of categories in an expanding accordion format which works as explained below.

Product details

Clicking on any of the thumbnail pictures anywhere in the site will take you to the product detail page for that particular product. For each product we have included a wealth of detail. The picture is enlarged to give you a better idea of what the product looks like and, In many cases, there are additional pictures of the product. Most products also have links to other related products.

Adding to basket and checking out

From the product detail page you can add the products to your basket. At any stage you can view the contents of your basket by clicking the Your Basket link in the header.

From the basket page you can then proceed to the checkout. Fill out your details in the checkout form and submit.

Payment

For our payment service provision, we use Protx, one of the largest independent Payment Service Providers in the country. All payment information is securely encrypted and all sensitive information is stored on a heavily-encrypted database that is protected by multiple government-approved firewalls. Ruxley Manor does not hold nor have access to any credit or debit card information.

On the Protx payment pages you select the card you want to pay with and enter your card details. You are then taken to a confirmation page. When you have confirmed your payment you will receive an email to inform you of your purchase from our site.
