Ruxley Manor and the Food Hall at Ruxley are still open, however following the latest Government briefing, we are unfortunately going to have to close Father Christmas’ Grotto with immediate effect on 20th December and cancel all Igloo Dining bookings up to the 31st December. We are extremely disappointed that we have to do this, but the safety of our customers and team is always our priority.
We are incredibly sorry to have to close these sessions, we had hoped to keep the magic of Christmas alive after the difficult year that we have all had, but safety must come first and we must follow the Government’s guidelines.
All refunds for the Grotto and Igloo Dining will be processed within the next few days, but due to the amount of Bank Holidays coming up, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to reach your bank account.
