Father Christmas is coming to town!
At Ruxley Manor nothing makes us happier than seeing all the excited children ready to meet Father Christmas, making memories with family is what Christmas is all about.
We have been working very hard behind the scenes to make this year the most magical one yet! Father Christmas has visited Ruxley Manor every year since as long as we can remember and will once again be returning from the 11th of November to make your Christmas extra special. Both Father Christmas and Mother Christmas, along with their Elves cannot wait to meet you!
This year, with some help from our SENCO specialist from Grace’s Day Nursery, we are offering SEN sessions which have been created to offer an inclusive and relaxed experience for SEN children. You can find more information on our SEN Grotto experience by clicking here.
Join us this Christmas for a magical experience where you will:
Meet our Head Elf and learn what it takes to become an elf in ‘Elf School’

Join Mother Christmas in her kitchen to make some magical reindeer food

Meet Father Christmas privately with your family, in his Grotto and receive an extra special family gift to take home and treasure. Not forgetting the all-important photo with Father Christmas!

Father Christmas will give each child a magical golden ticket that allows them to choose a special gift from his toy workshop!

Important booking information
Our Christmas Grotto Tickets will be available for general release at 10am on Wednesday 13th September 2023. If you’re planning on buying tickets for this magical experience please read below to make the process as smooth as possible.
Purchasing your ticket
Each booking can have a maximum of 6 attendees but must contain one adult. Babies also require their own Child ticket.
Once you have put a ticket in your basket, that ticket is then reserved for 15 minutes. If you take longer than 15 minutes to complete the order your ticket will come out of your basket and be listed again for sale.
During your purchase you will need the following information:
- – Your contact details including email address and phone number
- – The number of children and adults you are booking for
You will also need the following details for each child in your party:
- – Name
- – Age
- – Gender
- – Childs Interests/Hobbies
Payment is processed via our online ticketing store so please have your debit or credit card at hand.
After purchasing your ticket
As traffic to the website is incredibly high during the first day of ticket sales there can be some delay between placing your order and receiving your tickets. Please be patient.
If you notice an error in the details you have put in during your order, please email our Events Team with your amendments on events@ruxley-manor.co.uk. Our phone lines are always busy on the first day of ticket release and our team will not be able to change your details on the 13th September
As it is a particularly busy time, please be patient for a response. Our team receive a lot of emails and phone calls, all messages will be responded to. Please refrain from emailing multiple times as this slows down our response process.
Refunds and transfers
Due to the popularity of our Christmas Grotto we are, regrettably, unable to offer refunds or transfers on Grotto Tickets.
