The Garden Centre is very busy and therefore it might take time to find a parking space.
Please ensure you arrive at Ruxley Manor at least 30-minutes before your visit time with Santa and be at the grotto entrance 15-minutes before your allocated time.
Arriving with a buggy or pram? Please be aware that buggies Cannot be taken with you inside the grotto experience due to Fire regulations. They must be left in the allocated buggy park outside the Building.
