Belvoir Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 35ml Gin ( a great selection available from the Food Hall)

  • 3-4 Raspberries

  • 10ml Lime Juice

  • 125ml Belvoir Elderflower Presse

Method

Shake ingredients into a hiball with cubed ice and top with Belvoir Elderflower Presse.
Garnish with red fruit and lime zest.
