• 1.5kg King Edward potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Cottage Delight Goose Fat
  • 150g chopped chorizo


  1. Preheat the oven to 200C / fan 200C/gas 7
  2. Please 1.5 King Edward potatoes cut into chunks in a pot and will up with water until covered
  3. Bring the pot to boil over a high heat and simmer for about 7-10 minutes
  4. Put 3tbsp of Cottage Delight Goose Fat in a roasting
  5. Drain the potatoes and then place back in the pot
  6. Place the lid on and shake gently to fluff the edges
  7. Tumble the potatoes into the hot goose fat and toss each one to coat before sprinkling with 150g of chopped chorizo
  8. Roast for 35 minutes until golden and crisp, stirring halfway
