Collecting Vouchers with the Ruxley Rewards App is as simple as:
- Scan your card every time you purchase In-Store
- If you spend £20.00* (or more) in the same day, you will receive a stamp on your card. (Vouchers used do not count towards the £20)
- Collect 3 Stamps to get a £5.00 voucher, 3 more to get a £10.00 voucher and then 4 more to get a £15.00 voucher.
- Spend your vouchers In-Store with no minimum spend requirement beyond the transaction being for more than (or equal to) the voucher value.
- Once you Stamp card is complete it resets and you can start collecting vouchers again!
How to get the Ruxley Rewards App
The Ruxley Rewards App is FREE and easy to download using your mobile device or tablet. Simply download the app, login and your new loyalty card will be instantly ready to use in the Garden Centre, Mulberry Tree Restaurant and Food Hall.
To Ruxley Rewards card is currently only available digitally via our App and does not include a physical card. To register your interest in a physical card if you do not have a smart phone, please email rewards@ruxley-manor.co.uk and we will add you to a mailing list to get in touch with you should we offer a physical card in the future.
How the Hot Drink Card Works
Getting free Hot Drinks with Ruxley Rewards is as simple as:
- Scanning your card every time you purchase a hot drink.
- Collect Stamps for all eligible hot drinks**
- Collect 9 Stamps and your card will then reset to zero.
- The next time you scan your card and order an eligible hot drink, we'll automatically take your free one off at the till

Q. I forget to scan my App when purchasing items?
A. Please note – We cannot see what you have purchased as you haven’t scanned your App at the time of ordering. However, as long as your receipt date is within the last 3-months, you can bring your receipt in store to our Customer Services department. They will add receipts to your account and if they meet the eligibility requirement to receive a stamp, one will be added to your account.
Q. How many stamps can I get in one day?
A. The maximum number of stamps you can receive in on day between 12.01am and 11.59pm is one stamp.
Q. Can the vouchers I earn be counted towards the £20 stamp spend threshold?
A. No, the value of stamps is not included in reaching the £20 minimum spend level to receive a stamp.
Q. I get the message “THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THIS COUNTRY” when I try to download the Ruxley Rewards App.
A. Our App is available to users of their respective UK App stores only.
* Points will be awarded on all merchandise sold at Ruxley Manor with the exception of certain items (as well as other products from time to time at our discretion). Vouchers can also not be used to purchase any excluded items and vouchers used do not count towards the £20 minimum value required to receive a stamp. ** Stamps are awarded for all hot drinks we sell in the Mulberry Tree Restaurant or Sip and Scoop Counter. Mulled Wine, or other hot drinks containing alcohol are not included in the Free Hot Drinks Card Scheme.
