Visiting Guidelines – 19th July and beyond

Whilst we are excited that restrictions are being lifted and therefore we can return to some sort of normality, we are still encouraging both customers and team to be mindful of the pandemic. Therefore, with the easing of restrictions from the 19th July the following will still remain at Ruxley:

Easing of Restrictions

  • Our traffic light system will remain in place, but capacity numbers will be increased
  • Sanitation stations will remain in place and we do still encourage regularly sanitising hands
  • Social distancing measures will no longer be enforced, but encouraged where possible
  • Face coverings will no longer be enforced, but encouraged where possible
  • Cash will be readily accepted at till points again, but contactless payment is still encouraged
  • All screens that have been put in place will currently remain
  • We are no longer enforcing solo shopping and are welcoming browsing and meeting
  • The household/bubble rule will no longer apply to The Mulberry Tree or the Summer Pods
  • We will no longer enforce Track & Trace at The Mulberry Tree
