Do I get sole use of the pod during my visit?
Yes, you will have sole use of one of our pods for 90 minutes.

Where do I go when I arrive at Ruxley Manor Garden Centre?
When you arrive at Ruxley Manor please head to the Mulberry Tree and let a member of staff know you are here.

What is the maximum amount of people that can fit in a pod?
The maximum capacity in each pod is 6 people, this does not include young children under the age of 2 (who are not eating) and therefore do not need to be included in this total.

How long do I have my pod for?
Each pod is reserved for 1 hour and 30 minutes from your booking time. Please arrive in good time for your booking as we are unable to extend the time.

Is there a minimum spend for the pods?
There is a minimum spend of £42.50 for any booking. We reserve the right to cancel or move bookings which do not meet these requirements.

Allergens
The Mulberry Tree is not allergy free. Although your chosen food or drink may not contain an allergen, it may still be present in the tools we use or the environment. If you have an allergy, please let us know. We have detailed allergen information that we will go through with you so you can make an informed decision.

I have a dietary requirement; can this be accommodated?
We provide a gluten free menu as well as a vegetarian, vegan and dairy free menu, these can be selected when placing your booking. For any other dietary requirements you can let us know any of your requests in the dietary requirements field for each person which needs to be completed when making a booking.

I have forgotten to add my dietary requirements/allergies to my booking, can I add this on?
To add any dietary requirements onto your booking once your booking has been placed, please call Customer Services on 0208 300 0084., please note we require 24 hours notice for any dietary changes.

Can I order additional drinks on the day?
Yes, we have a drinks menu and additional drinks can be ordered and paid for during your booking.

Can I bring my young child (aged under 2)?
If you have a young child (under the age of 2) and they will not be eating they will not be included in your total number.

Can I fit a pushchair in the pod?
The pods are reasonably roomy and you would be able to fit a small pushchair or car seat in the pod.

Do you provide high chairs?
Yes, we can provide highchairs, please add this into the dietary requirements section when making a booking.

Do the pods have disability access?
All the pods have a 71cms opening that will fit a regular wheelchair in them, but please let us know using the special requirements input whilst booking as we need to make sure we have the ramp available for you.

Can I link the speaker to my phone?
Unfortunately, this is not possible, the pods will be playing a classic seasonal playlist.

Do you accept walk ins for the pods?
No sorry, we require 24 hours’ notice for all pod bookings.

I need to change or cancel my ticket is this possible?
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless we close the pods.

Do the pods have temperature control?
The pods do not have temperature control; however, in the summer the door can be zipped open and there is a window. In the winter the pods have heaters.

Are the pods waterproof?
Yes, they are all weather pods.
