We do our best to make sure that accessibility at Ruxley Manor Garden Centre is as all encompassing as we can possibly make it. Below are a few things we have put in place to make your visit easier. PARKING
Here at Ruxley we have a very large and accommodating car park, with 20 disabled parking bays right by our Food Hall entrance.
We offer a Carry To Your Car Service all the time we are open, if you need assistance to your car – wherever that might be in our car park – simply ask a member of staff for assistance and we’ll be happy to help.
We want to make sure that everybody feels welcome here at Ruxley, that’s why we’ve made it easy to access our site for everyone and make their visits here enjoyable and accommodating.

Coach Trips & Large Groups
Each year we are pleased to welcome thousands of visitors and regularly host large groups of visitors arriving by coach.
If you are organising a visit by coach, please kindly advise the customer services team at least 24 hours in advance – we would be most grateful!
On occasions when we have large groups arriving, it’s helpful for us to be able to plan your visit with you. This ensure everyone receives the same high level of service that we pride ourselves on here at Ruxley Manor.
PHYSICAL ACCESSIBILITY
Wheelchairs and Electric Scooters are available to any who require them in store from our Customer Service desk. If you need assistance, a member of staff will be happy to help at your request.
On site we have disabled toilets available in two locations, one in our Mulberry Tree Restaurant and the second on the shop floor in our Birdcare and Wildlife Department.
Ruxley Manor has ensured that our site is completely step-free, making our store accessible for wheelchair users and individuals who struggle with step-access.
Service dogs are allowed in the Centre.
Dietary options
In the Mulberry Tree Restaurant we have a selection of items that are vegetarian or vegan as well as gluten-free baked goods. We also do our best to list every allergen on all our food items, to ensure you can make an informed decision about your meal. Our menu changes weekly so please see the menus in the restaurant or speak to one of our Mulberry Tree Team Members to find out more.
In the Food Hall we stock products for all types of dietary requirements.
OTHER SERVICES
On site we have Baby Change facilities available in two locations
We offer a Local Delivery Service on selected items in store. (FREE when spending over £250)
