We can deliver to all addresses in England & Wales and some areas of Scotland. Only addresses that are eligible for shipping will be shown shipping rates at the checkout.

We cannot deliver orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly or Channel Isles addresses currently. We also cannot ship orders internationally.

Adding Additional Tickets

Each event we have is different in terms of adding additional tickets. For single ticket events (i.e. our Circus) you can simply purchase an extra ticket for your selected time and date (subject to availability). For our Afternoon Teas and Grotto, you will need to purchase an "Additional ticket" which we then manually add under your primary existing booking. Please see the page of the specific event you are looking to for more information and to book.

Cancellations

As per our event Term's & Conditions, we are unable to cancel tickets.

Changing the Date/Time of a booking

We may be able to amend the date or time of a booking subject to our Terms & Conditions and availability. To do this please proceed to the next page of the form and complete your details.

We have an events room available to hire for functions, located just off of our Mulberry Tree restaurant.

It can be entirely closed off from the main restaurant and over the years has been used as a space to host every type of event possible - from Baby Showers to Wakes.

We can serve a variety of food from our restaurant, as well as our well-renowned Afternoon Tea's as a platter for your guests.

We have more than 450 parking spaces available here at Ruxley Manor, including 20 disabled bays located next to the food hall entrance. In addition we have an overflow car park located near the site entrance, used during peak time.

In our Lower Car Park, we also have a Tesla Supercharger Station with 15 V3 charging points that can be used by all customers with electric vehicles.

Our opening hours are typically 9am-5.30pm Monday - Saturday and 10am-4.00pm on Sundays, however, for seasonal variations and national holidays this can vary. Please visit our "Planning Your Visit" page for further information, including our restaurant's operating hours.

We are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Easter Sunday.
