Adding Additional Tickets

Each event we have is different in terms of adding additional tickets. For single ticket events (i.e. our Circus) you can simply purchase an extra ticket for your selected time and date (subject to availability). For our Afternoon Teas and Grotto, you will need to purchase an "Additional ticket" which we then manually add under your primary existing booking. Please see the page of the specific event you are looking to for more information and to book.

Cancellations

As per our event Term's & Conditions, we are unable to cancel tickets.

Changing the Date/Time of a booking

We may be able to amend the date or time of a booking subject to our Terms & Conditions and availability. To do this please proceed to the next page of the form and complete your details.
