You cannot book in advance for the VR Sleigh Ride. Please speak to our team running the ride who will give you a slot on the day. *Child must be 16 years old or under, parents can only ride when accompanying at least one child.

Once aboard you’ll be seamlessly transported into a magical world using our HD VR headsets and your intrepid journey will soon begin. Along with the incredible range of motions our sleigh has to offer; two front fans and surround sound will provide a fully immersive 4D experience. Tilting forwards, backwards and side to side, the sleighs movements have been specially designed to mirror those of the full 360-degree experience, creating a truly immersive Christmas experience!

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
Tickets are available to purchase from the Virtual Reality Sleigh Ride located outside the Mulberry Tree opposite the Square.
WHAT SAFETY MEASURES HAVE YOU IMPLENTED?
Staff will be cleaning the ride to maintain strict hygiene protocol between every session.
Hand sanitizers will be placed at the entrance of the ride.
IS THERE CAR PARKING?
There are over 500 car parking spaces in our public car parks.
WHERE IS THE ENTRANCE?
The ride is located outside the Mulberry Tree in the Square and is undercover. The Food Hall Entrance is the closest entrance to the ride.
IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN LEAVE MY BAGS?
There are no lockers at the ride therefore we suggest you only bring items with you that you are happy to carry.
WHAT AGE IS THE RIDE SUITABLE FOR?
Although we do not recommend the Virtual Reality Sleigh Ride for under 5-year olds, children under the age of 5 can ride without a headset. Please note the adult rider will also be required to not wear a headset.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
If we find it necessary to close the ride for any reason, we will offer you a full refund or the option to book in to an alternative session (subject to availability).
If you are late for your allocated time or cannot make your session, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
Please note that we are unable to transfer bookings unless it is an exceptional circumstance (and subject to availability). Please ensure that you are confident in being able to fulfil your booking before completing the purchase of your tickets.
Can I change my booked session time?
Unfortunately, we cannot change session times and cannot provide refunds for sessions missed.
Hand sanitizers will be placed at the entrance of the Virtual Reality Sleigh Ride.
Customers showing any of the following corona virus symptoms should not visit the centre:
– a high temperature
– a new, continuous cough
– a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste
– There must be at least one child and accompanying adult per booking.
– We do not recommend the Virtual Reality Sleigh Ride for under 5-year olds.
– Children must be supervised throughout the experience.
If we find it necessary to close the Virtual Reality Sleigh Ride for any reason, we will offer you a full refund or the option to book in to an alternative session (subject to availability).
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to any customer on the VR ride without offering a refund.
- If you are late for your allocated time or cannot make your session for any reason, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
