We do our best to make sure Ruxley Manor Garden Centre is as accessible for our customers as possible. Below are a few things we have put in place to make your visit easier.

Accessibility at Ruxley Manor

We want to make sure that everybody feels welcome here at Ruxley, thats why we've made it easy to access our site for everyone and make their visits here enjoyable and accomodating.

  • Here at Ruxley we have a very large and accomodating car park, with 20 Disabled parking bays right by our Food Hall entrance.
  • We offer a Carry to your Car Service all the time we are open, if you need assistance to your car - wherever that might be in our car park - simply ask a member of staff for assistance and we'll be happy to help.

  • Wheelchairs and Electric Scooters are available to any who require them in store from our Customer Service desk. If you need assistance, a member of staff will be happy to help at your request.
  • On site we have disabled toilets available in two locations, one in our Mulberry Tree Restaurant and the second on the shop floor.
  • Ruxley Manor has ensured that our site is completely step-free, making our store accessible for wheelchair users and individuals who struggle with step-acess
  • A Mobiloo is a mobile accessible toilet with adult-sized changing bench, hoist and a friendly attendant, for when a standard accessible toilet doesn't meet everyones needs. They 'make it possible for disabled young people and adults to take part in everyday activities, enjoy new experiences and make memories with family and friends.'

  • On site we have Baby Change facilities available in two locations
  • We offer a Local Delivery Service on selected items in store. (FREE when spending over £500)
