English Garden Cocktail

What you will Need:
- 50ml Gin of Choice
- 25ml Elderflower Cordial (75ml for a Mocktail)
- 75ml Apple Juice
- Handful of Ice
- Fresh Lime/Lemon
- Cucumber and/or Mint
Method
Step One:
Mix your 50ml Gin of choice with 10ml of freshly squeezed Lemon or Lime juice in a tall glass.
Step Two:
Add 25ml of the Elderflower cordial (or more if you like it sweet!)
Step Three:
Add a large handful of ice to your glass and top with 75ml of Apple Juice.
Step Four:
Stir well then garnish with Cucumber ribbons, Lime and/or mix in fresh Mint Leaves.
