SEN Tickets from £39.00 per group
Special Education Needs (SEN) group tickets are available, with the smallest group being for up to 3 guests and the largest being for up to 8 guests.
groups must have at minimum of 1 Adult in them.

Father Christmas is coming to town!
At Ruxley Manor nothing makes us happier than seeing all of the excited children ready to meet Father Christmas. As a family run business, seeing our customers making memories with family is the most important thing to us at Christmas time!
We have been working very hard behind the scenes to make this year the most magical one yet! Father Christmas has visited Ruxley Manor every year since as long as we can remember and will once again be returning with SEN (Special Education Needs) Sessions from the 23rd of November to make your Christmas extra special. Both Father Christmas and Mother Christmas, along with their Elves cannot wait to meet you!
This year, with some help from our SENCO specialist from Grace’s Day Nursery, our SEN sessions have been created to offer an inclusive and relaxed experience for SEN children.

We ask our customers to only book a SEN Grotto Session if they are attending with Special Educations Needs (SEN) children BY SELECTING (BLUE THEMED) SEN GROTTO ON THE FIRST BOOKING SELECTION SCREEN.

23rd November – 9.00am – 9.45am (4 Sessions)
27th November – 7.00pm to 7.30pm (3 Sessions)
30th November – 9.00am – 9.45am (3 Sessions)
4th December – 7.00pm to 7.30pm (3 Sessions)
7th December – 9.00am – 9.45am (4 Sessions)
14th December – 9.00am – 9.45am (4 Sessions)
21st December – 9.00am – 9.45am (4 Sessions)

Details of what to expect from a SEN Grotto session:
All sessions will have reduced music, lighting and no over stimulating acting from elves.

1st room – Meet our Head Elf in the magical forest and learn all about the magic of wishes
NOTE: There will be twinkly lights in this room. This room will include a poem and a short activity. If this is a little too much, sensory toys will be available to play with.

2nd room – Join Mother Christmas in her kitchen to make some magical reindeer food
NOTE: This will include small parts of reindeer food that will contain gluten. If this is a little too much, sensory toys will be available to play with.

3rd room – Meet Father Christmas privately with your family, in his Grotto and receive an extra special gift to take home and treasure. Not forgetting the all-important photo with Father Christmas!
NOTE: If chatting to Father Christmas is a little daunting, he will have some sensory toys and bubbles to interact with children. Please feel free to let Father Christmas know how best to communicate with your child.

4th room – Father Christmas will give each child a magical key that allows them into his toy work shop to choose a special gift to take home!
NOTE: There are a wide range of gifts allowing parents to help choose a suitable present
Important booking information
Our Christmas Grotto Tickets will be available for general release at the time and date stated at the top of this page. If you’re planning on buying tickets for this magical experience please read below to make the process as smooth as possible.
Purchasing your ticket
During your purchase you will need the following information:
- – Your contact details including email address and phone number
- – The number of children and adults you are booking for
You will also need the following details for each child in your party:
- – Name
- – Age
- – Gender
- – Childs Interests/Hobbies
Payment is processed via our online ticketing store so please have your debit or credit card at hand. You cannot use Gift Vouchers for this booking.
After purchasing your ticket
As traffic to the website is incredibly high during the first day of ticket sales there can be some delay between placing your order and receiving your tickets. Please be patient.
If you notice an error in the details you have put in during your order, please email our Events Team with your amendments on events@ruxley-manor.co.uk.
As it is a particularly busy time, please be patient for a response. Our team receive a lot of emails and phone calls, all messages will be responded to. Please refrain from emailing multiple times as this slows down our response process.
Refunds and transfers
Due to the popularity of our Christmas Grotto we are, regrettably, unable to offer refunds or transfers on Grotto Tickets.
