During your purchase you will need the following information:

– Your contact details including email address and phone number
– The number of children and adults you are booking for

You will also need the following details for each child in your party:

• Name
• Age
• Gender
• Childs Interests/Hobbies

Payment is processed via our online ticketing store so please have your debit or credit card at hand. You cannot use Gift Vouchers for this booking.

Our Top Tips’s are;

You can only book one grotto group ticket at a time. If you put more than one group ticket in your basket, the calendar will show no availability.

• Your tickets will remain in your basket for 20 minutes. After this time, they will be released back onto general sale.
• When booking please make sure the address given is the same as the billing address for the card that you are using. Please avoid using autofill and fill in your details yourself correctly.
• When filling in the adults and child’s details please ensure that the total number of attendees you input does not exceed the number of tickets you have booked in your group. If you attend the grotto with more people than your ticket allows, they will not be allowed entry to the grotto.
• When adding the children’s interests please state all Children’s First Names, Ages and Interests (For example, Joey, aged 7, likes cars. Emma, aged 5, likes swimming). Please put a full stop between each child’s details.
• Every field must be completed. For example, if you do not wish to fill in the children’s interests then please put N/A and if you do not require wheelchair access, please put ‘none’.
• Please note that the interests are for Father Christmas to discuss with your child and have no effect on the gifts available to a child on the day.

As traffic to the website is incredibly high during the first day of ticket sales there can be some delay between placing your order and receiving your tickets. Please be patient.

If you notice an error in the details you have put in during your order, or if you realise you have made a mistake on your booking, or need to increase the size of your group, please email events@ruxley-manor.co.uk – the events team will try their best to help however this is subject to availability.

If adding more people to the booking, extra tickets are charged at £14 per additional person.  The total party size cannot exceed 8 people. (Subject to availability)

As it is a particularly busy time, please be patient for a response. Our team receive a lot of emails and phone calls, all messages will be responded to. Please refrain from emailing multiple times as this slows down our response process.

Due to the popularity of our Christmas Grotto we are, regrettably, unable to offer refunds or transfers on Grotto Tickets.
