Tickets are available to purchase on our website and must be booked via our online booking platform.

Tickets are priced per 45-minute session and are £7.50 per ticket. Babies under the age of 2 on laps go free. Please aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to your session starting

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday: 10.00am, 11.30am, 1.30pm and 3.30pm

Thursday and Sunday: 10.00am, 11.30am and 1.30pm

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early so that you can get seated. Seats are on a first come first serve basis.

No, unfortunately tickets can only be purchased online.

Yes, depending on availability, although we strongly advise you to book tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any storage of belongings.

You may store your pushchair inside the buggy park provided at the entrance. No pushchair/prams can be taken into the seating areas. Any pushchairs/prams are left at your own risk.

Yes, the big top is wheelchair accessible however to guarantee you get ground floor seats please email events@ruxley-manor.co.uk and let our team know at least 24 hours before you booking.

The big top circus tent is located at the back of our top carpark. You do not need to enter the garden centre to get into the circus.

There are over 450 car parking spaces in our customer car parks.

You may be able to move your booking 48 hours before your ticket time, subject to a £2.50 transfer fee per booking. You can do this by registering for an account during the checkout process (which will give you the ability to log in and change your ticket). If you did not register an account when you purchased your tickets, you will need to call us to create an account 020 8300 0084. Please note – we are only able to create accounts Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
