• We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Seasonal Team Leader to join our Mulberry Tree Restaurant team during our busy seasonal period.
  
  This is a full time role, we are looking for someone who can start now, the contract will run until the end of December.
  
  You will support the Catering Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant, helping to lead the team, maintain excellent customer service and ensure high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and safety.
  
  Key responsibilities include:
  
  · Supporting and motivating the restaurant team during busy service periods
  · Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
  · Managing team breaks, timekeeping and daily priorities
  · Ensuring opening, closing and daily checklists are completed
  · Supporting with till transactions, refunds and till training
  · Handling customer queries and complaints
  · Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  · Ensuring food hygiene and health and safety procedures are followed
  · Supporting the training and development of seasonal team members
  · Working closely with the Catering Manager to identify and resolve any operational issues
  
  About you
  
  We are looking for someone who:
  
  · Has previous front-of-house experience within a restaurant, café or hospitality environment
  · Ideally has previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience
  · Is confident leading and supporting a team
  · Has a good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety
  · Is organised, approachable and able to remain calm in a busy environment
  · Has a positive, flexible and hands-on approach
  · Is passionate about providing excellent customer service
  This is a seasonal role and flexibility will be required during our busiest trading periods.

The role has a combination of responsibilities including greeting customers, processing transactions through the till, making hot drinks at the coffee counter, serving food and drink to customers and clearing tables after use.

No previous experience is required, however previous hospitality or barista experience is beneficial.

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Ice Rink Team Leader to help lead our ice rink team over the Christmas season.

This is a full-time temporary position, starting early November and finishing early January.

The Role

As an Ice Rink Team Leader, you will help ensure the smooth and safe running of our ice rink operation, supporting and supervising the team throughout each shift.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and supporting the Ice Rink team during shifts
• Ensuring rink sessions run safely and on time
• Monitoring the ice and ensuring customers follow safe skating practices
• Supporting the team with checking tickets, issuing skates and skate aids
• Dealing with customer queries and resolving any issues that arise
• Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Organising the team during busy periods and ensuring tasks are completed
• Supporting the food and drink offering, including serving customers and processing till transactions
• Ensuring the rink and surrounding areas are kept clean, organised and safe

Hours

This is a full-time role.
Our ice rink is open 7 days a week from 9am until 8pm. From mid-November until early January. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and available to work a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

Experience

Candidates must be confident skating or walking on the ice and be comfortable enforcing safe practices on the rink.
You will need to be confident leading and supporting a team, particularly during busy periods, and able to deal calmly and professionally with customers and any issues that may arise.

Previous supervisory or Team Leader experience would be beneficial, particularly within a customer-facing, leisure, hospitality or retail environment.
