At the centre of this bundle is the Ooni Karu 12, a compact yet incredibly powerful pizza oven designed for multi-fuel cooking. Use wood or charcoal for authentic wood-fired flavour, or add the optional gas burner (sold separately) for quick and convenient gas cooking. The oven can reach temperatures of up to 500°C, allowing you to cook restaurant-quality pizzas in as little as 60 seconds, delivering perfectly blistered crusts and crisp bases.

The included Ooni Pizza Peel makes launching and retrieving pizzas effortless. Its lightweight aluminium blade allows you to slide pizzas smoothly into the oven, while the long handle keeps your hands safely away from the intense heat.

To keep your oven protected when not in use, the bundle also includes the Ooni Karu Carry Cover. Made from durable waterproof materials with elasticated edges, it protects the oven from rain, dust and debris while also making transport and storage easy.

Product Care

When not in use and cool, clean the exterior with a damp non-abrasive cloth. If applicable, use a stainless steel cleaner on relevant parts where necessary. Maintain the pizza stone by brushing off excess flour and debris once cool enough to handle. Keep your oven covered and protected when not in use.
