In 2025 Ruxley Manor, in conjunction with Weber will be hosting a number of courses to help hone your BBQ cooking skills!
Across 3 different dates (and with different Menu’s being cooked on each date), training courses are available as follows:
Monday 26th May – “American” Menu, 11.45am arrival
Sunday 6th July – “Favourites” Menu, 11.45am Arrival
Sunday 17th August – “Asian” Menu, 11.45am Arrival
Limited tickets available. (Attendees must be aged 16+)
The details of the course are as follows:
1) Training Courses takes place from 11.45am – 3.00pm.
2) Ticket prices are £70.00 per person. Maximum 16 Tickets.
3) Price includes a FREE Weber Apron to use, take home and keep.
4) The course will be cooking and eating the Menu relevant to the day you attend (you cannot select from a menu on the day, so please ensure you select the date for the menu that best fits your taste)
5) Tickets include 1 x 330ml Beer/Cider/Alternative/Soft Drink (Alcoholic drinks are strictly for ages 18+ so please ensure you bring valid photo ID).
6) Participants will receive a Certificate upon completion and can download a recipe booklet via a QR code.
