I have booked the wrong time/date?
We will not make changes to booking dates or times between the ticket launch date and the 2nd September 2026. If you book the wrong date/time during this period, simply make a new booking and email us asking us to cancel the first booking. Ensure you include BOTH booking references.
I need to cancel my booking
All bookings are non transferable and non refundable. Please contact us with your specific query.
I need an extra ticket(s)
Additional tickets to increase your group size are available to book from 2nd September 2026 at £15 per ticket. Typically we can accommodate up 6 guests in every Grotto, but may be able to offer up to 8 guests. If your group size will be 7 or 8 guests with the extra tickets, please contact us before purchasing them.
My gift is damaged/faulty
Damaged gifts can only be replaced within 48 hours and can only be done by visiting us in-store. Gifts are subject to availability.
I have an issue with photos
You will have been given a QR Code for your photos. We cannot locate photos after more than 24 hours has passed without this.
