When will I get my Courier order?
You will get an automated email when your item leaves us. If it's a smaller item this will be from DHL. For larger items, you will be contacted by our preferred courier within 2-3 days. We don't offer live order tracking.
When will I get my Van Delivery order?
If you selected a time and date when you placed your order (and are in a BR, DA, SE ME or TN Postcode area) we do not provide tracking or call in advance for these deliveries, but will be with you at the time and date selected.
Only part of my order has arrived?
We often ship items separately, sometimes even when it's one item you have ordered (i.e. a parasol). They may be via different companies who will contact you in line with the information on "When will I get my order". It's nothing to worry about, your items are on the way!
I have a problem with the Courier
Sometimes problems can occur with a delivery. If the courier has contacted you with an issue, or you have had an issue during delivery, get in touch and let us know how we can help you.
